Print the game board, pieces, and cards. Four people can play at a time. The shortest person goes first, unless you have guest. If you have a guest then the guest goes first.  Players will start at the square with the number 1. Draw the top card in the pile. If the card shows an unkind action, you go backwards. If the card shows a kind action, you go forward. There is a number on the card to show you how many spaces you go forward or backward. If you land on a ladder, you do the kind action and then go up. The first player to get to 100 wins the game.
